    TIME TO GET BIG TODAY.I WAS WEIGHING 180 OVER THE BREAK BUT ALSO CAME DOWN WITH THE STOMACH FLUE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.AFTER HAVING THAT I DROPPED BACK DOWN TO 170.I WAS SO MAD.10 POUNDS OF MUSCLE DOWN THE DRAIN.NOW THAT WERE BACK IN SCHOOL I CAN USE THE SCHEDULE IT HAS TO KEEP MY EATING DIET GOOD AND BIG.I PLAN ON WEIGHING OVER 180 BY THE TIME FEBRUARY COMES.SO BY THE TIME APRIL COMES ILL HOPEFULLY BE CLOSE OR A LIL OVER 190 AND START CUTTING WEIGHT FOR MY COMPETITION IN JUNE.I HOPE I WIN.I WILL BE BIG THOUGH UNTILL THEN.EAT BIG,SLEEP BIG,THINK BIG,AND FINALY GET BIG.IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE THAT IS LOOKING TO GET BIG HIT ME UP.I WAS 150 IN SEPTEMBER NOW IM AROUND 180 OR CLOSE TO IT AGAIN.SO I KNOW A THING OR TWO ABOUT GETTING BIG AND PACKING ON THE WEIGHT.BOTH MUSCLE AND SOME FAT.SO JUST LET ME KNOW AND ILL WRITE UP SOME DIETS.

    The weather turn back to normal 30F range. Found WP MU as of http://johnlee.edublogs.org/ works very well. Also indiner.com in CA, for Chinese returants Yelp.com for resturant rating

    A day in my life I get up 6:20 on Monday morning since I have to catch the school bus back to university; and I also like to take a final look at my sleeping baby before leaving home. Whenever it is rainy or windy, I always go home in the evening of Friday. I like to company my son and my husband on weekends. Both of them are the center of my life; I cannot leave for a long time. Even miss them in the university very much, I still restrict myself and do my best to study. Nowadays competition is getting more and more serious in all fields, so every person must work hard to stand up in this tremendous and complicated environment. Work hard, work hard……

    Well, after the first day of my new lifestyle I can feel the foods and vitamins working on my system. It is funny that in just two months my body has built up so many toxins. This diet first attacks those toxins and prepares your body for its systems to work and function properly.     It takes small steps to accomplish big goals. Sometimes learning somethings for the first time is hard until you break up what you wish to know into small pieces and put all of what information you have gathered together to get the whole picture.
